Orders

From pattern cutting to sewing, each garment is made upon order once full payment is received from the customer. Please allow 5 -21 days, depending on destinations, for the making and delivery once purchased. The number of days can vary depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.

Shipping

Road Angel ships worldwide. You will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information. Road Angel is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.

International Shipping

If you order products for delivery outside of Hong Kong SAR, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that Road Angel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customers are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Returns

Thank you for trusting what we do and deliver with your order! As every piece of garment is made upon order, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Please take into all considerations when you place the order.

If for whatever reason you need alterations or returns, please email share@roadangel.world within 7 days of delivery and a return address will be provided to you. Please safely post items back to the studio with a trusted tracked service, and this cost will be covered by Road Angel.
